I have an idea as to what would boost the member count.
How about asking anyone who is a member of another forum (pretty much everybody) to add a link in their sigs so that people on their forums can join up.
If we make ourselves known, we could really rack up a whole bunch of members.
It's something to think about.

Maybe you could issue out a PM sent to every member requesting that they place a link to these forums in any of their other sigs...
or maybe you could leave that for Mr. mgsforums to carry out.
