You could go with Youtube, Putfile, Photobucket... those are the ones I can think of at the moment. Photobucket's pretty good. :)

I'm a little confused; what is this? I'm reluctant to download a .rar off Rapidshare; couldn't you just upload it to Youtube?

Never used RS? Its kinda crap because even if you never use it, it tells you that you have downloaded X amount of KB and then you must wait.
His video is only like 8mb, so yeah, it is possible to YouTube or Putfile it.
Or even YouSendIt.

nope youtube wont let me upload the video more then 10 minutes length mine is 12:00 lenght i think just download the video

I don't know why some of you have a problem with RS? Is it that it won't connect you or some sort of error, or is it just someting you have against it? Ok, it's not the best filesharing site, so?? Any other comments....?? ^_^

Everytime I wait, I enter the confirmations code then it says "session invalid"

nah i just do basic pop out ... tutorial if i wanna do ..some advance tutorial ... i dont know maybe some person cant follow my tutorial so what do i do is totally do simple tutorial so you guys can understand it
