Yes, Black Chamber. The most Underrated of all MGS Organizations, and probably the least well known. Appearing in only one game(And not even being mentioned afterwards), The Black Chamber was a group of terrorists who all had a vendetta against the United states, or more specifically, Solid Snake.
This organization is based around the enjoyment of MGS-Ghost Babel for the Game Boy Color. While not the Best of the games, it certainly ranks up there. Not to mention the lack of Media, Discussion, or even information regarding the game. I myself have often been at a loss when it came to finding out certain Tidbits regarding this game's continuity. And while yes, it's a Sidestory, that doesn't ,mean we can't enjoy it.
So let's gain some notoriety and respect for that lergely unnoticed segue into brilliance.

Great idea, Black Chamber is great! Adn Ghost babel it´s great too, i like Black Chamber even more than Dead Cell, it´s characters were waay cooler. And Black Chamber was agains Fox-Hound, the U.S. and anonymous, not Solid Snake. Well i wish you good luck with the org.
