Please, please, please! At least have just a glance at what the other more established org's have done. People are going to flame me for this but I couldn't give a sh*t, you need to make your recruitment and ultimately your org more appealing by:

*Doing something unique
*Setting up some kind of structure
*Showing you know some punctuation and grammer...
*Adding more detail than 4 lines for your recuitment

This doesn't look very professional dude, no offence. It has no sigs, banners, avatars. It has none of that. How do you expect people to join if you have none of that. I'm sorry, but I don’t see this org getting any where really.

oh and most of those positions you have are taken from MGC just changing Metal Gear.... Superviser to Researcher
