Ive decided to put the sig sizes up to 471 x 110 because practically everyone was over the other size limit and people just wasnt following. So hopefully people will stick to this. It doesnt mean that they have to be this size, just dont exceed the size please.

Here's a good way to figure out if you're sig has good dimensions:

Find the average(mean) of the width and height. For example, 471 + 110 = 581; 581/2 = 290.5

If the average of your sig is greater than 290.5, it's time to resize it.

No more than one (1) image per sig unless you have a strip-style organization banner, but that is the only exception.

Also, sig heights cannot exceed 471px total That means you must be conscious of the strip for your org when making a sig.
