I never really thought about that. Well he is making a movie right now and the extra cash flow would be pretty nice for production. But still I think the Simpsons series can hold him over for the rest of his life.

Bump! Why? Cause I freaking said so...I know I coulda made a new topic about it...but I also wanted to to point out that while its two years later, I was right!! (I know there is a risk that a mod will stupidly want to 'warn' me for this...but I just broke my freaking toe coming to the computer to prove I was right after all these years so I could care less)
New episodes of Futurama start tomorrow! I'm so psyched!

I hope we'll get the new episodes of the series aired in Finland after a few months too. The show is pretty good.

I heard that the movie "Benders Big Score" is an add in with the first season. So who ever hasn't seen that, might wanna pick it up. It was great for any Futurama fans :)
Best movie made after a cartoon in my opinion...personally didn't care for the Family Guy or Simpson's movie.
EDIT that: I hear Benders Big Score will be shown as the first two episodes, then they will move on and continue with more episodes from there.

He doesn't need the cash, every Simpson's, and Futurama episode that shows on t.v he gets a lot of cash for them. For me honestly i cant wait for more episodes. I just hope they don't fuck it up like Family Guy

It's airing four films broken into sixteen episodes total is it not? I don't think they're proper episodes like they used to be. Bit gutted but at least it's new material. The first film was most impressive, very well written.

Yeah...the way they are doing this is strange. Cause personally if I've already seen it on T.V by the time the movie comes out, I don't think it'll be worth buying a DVD with only two to three episodes on it.
