Well really you need a program such as photoshop to make some or paintshop etc, if your lookin up how do make one try deviantart.

Also, I suggest Photoshop..I use that for making sigs. If you get a hold of a copy then I can recommend some good sites to get you started on siggy making..and downloads such as brushes and patterns :thumb:
