My toughest Boss was probably Cyborg Ninja because it didn't really alot of his health away whenever I would hit him. But whenever he would hit me, damn he takes alot of health away from you, lol. He's also fast and the part when he uses his stealth and you have to try to find him. He freaking scares me when he comes running after you when you take long to find him, lol. But yeah, he's my toughest and the best battle in the game.

nah, the cyborg ninja wasn't that bad for me, I would have to say mine would sometimes be Raven, cuz sometimes I just couldnt get the grenade in the stupid tank LOL.

for me, the hardest boss would probably be the M1 Tank or Metal Gear

yea, Snake just does an uppercut, and he falls all the way down. The thing i dont get is, how did he survive!?

I really don't find alot of them hard I already found out ways to defeat them but the bitches one I hate is mostly the fight with the tank damn it took long.

I didn't find anyone hard but if i had to say , I'd say Vulcan Raven on extreame mode damn he just see's you straight away

Tank. It's the only boss in the game that can hit me in TTS, and it can even kill me if I'm doing bad, so obviously it's the most annoying one.

yea especially when your in one of the slots in that bridge, and it just goes right up to you and vibrates, and just stays there unless you move

I think Volgin & shagohod was the most challenging at first, I had no clue what the hell i was supposed to do, but then i took a trip to gamefaqs and now i can beat him in a sinch...

pretty easy, Shagohod use RPG, and for Volgin use M63, or RPG

Well, I haven`t played TTS, but in the original Metal Gear Rex was the hardest for me. It sure took some trying. Actually the run to the communication tower was harder than any bossbattle for me :P

in TTS, Rex is probably easier than the MGS1 Rex, by how the games are so different

the toughest battle was raven with his gattling gun and the fight with psycho mantis,
they both were so hard, psycho mantis always kept dissapearing and raven kept hitting back my nikita rockets.

Raven in the Cold Storage area. On Hard and Extreme you literally have to know how to place mines and avoid Raven at all costs.

This is about MGS TTS, or MGS1, as they are virtually exactly the same.

I found Vulcan Raven a right bitch to beat, but I'm one of those gamers who plays on Easy all the time, so I'd get slaughtered by him on Normal :P

When you're trying to get BB and can't kill the bosses, raven is probably the hardest, well, its still not too bad it just takes ages.

Mantis gave me a hard time

The only boss fight that ever gave me a lot of trouble was the tank. I've had the same problems as the people above me. Psycho Mantis was a pain in the ass the first time through. You all know why.

Mine would have to be Liquid on top of Metal Gear Rex. Also Metal Gear is hard without chaff grenades.

i'd say REX on mgs1 for ps1 cause i only get 5 rations total and it's alot harder then beating REX on TTS :fox:

I think I beat him in 2-3 mins on normal. Shoot treads, snipe his head, repeat. this is for Volgin IN the shagohod by the way.

But for me The Fury was the hardest on normal because I couldnt stamina kill him until after a lot of trys.

I believe this is the most challenging boss in TTS. :D

But I think REX was hard in MGS1 for PS. I died. A lot.

for me its the boss from metal gear solid 3, she was very hard for me

the tank in tts was atualy harder than rex is, i thaught that was stupid.

Fighting liquid is the hardest for me. He always wins at the last moment while he was already half dead when i still had all my health. REX is the second hardest

Hi I'm new to metal gear solid, I just started playin it last week.. I'm still learning the basic stuff, but I hope I could be as good as you guys. I'll still have to meet my first boss hopefully this week I could already get pass through the first boss..

Well i really didn't find many bosses hard even in extreme, Some were a little annoying but not really frustrating.

hardest for me on extreme was sniper wolf, i cudnt freakin find her lol

The tank wasn't hard just very annoying, it twists soooooo much on the harder levels so you throw grenade and it moves out of the way, also knocks you over alot. Easiest bosses are Grey Fox(can beat on hardest level with no rations on lowest health possible), Pshyco Mantis (same as Grey Fox), Sniper wolf(first time may get hit but second time just use stingers and/or nikita and hide behind the snow mound). The hardest boss i'll say is Vulcan Raven but by the time you have clocked the game 3000 times they are all easy lol.

Definitely Raven, its hard to get in the grenades in the tank

M1 Tank on European Extreme , Really hard . So is Mantis on European Extreme .

I never understood the whole European Extreme thing, why is "European" Extreme harder than Extreme...

It is called "european" extreme because the European version was the only version with this difficulty level which is significantly harder than the rest.
