I want people to sign up so no one flames anyone else.

It's just an agreement so that you agree not to flame on the forums, but as ADJ made clear - it's against the rules anyway. ^_^

Ok so this is like the heal and hurt game, but instead with metal gear solid characters,it will be with the members of mgsf.

However....if this IS just an agreement to not flame, theres no point since you agree not to when you register.

The point of signing up is that if you do sign up, you're agreeing that when someone 'hurts' you you're not going to go off in a sulk because of it.

If Puppy'd just put everyone on the list without asking them to sign up voluntarily, chances are someone'd chuck their toys out of the pram when voted off.
