Has there been a damn offical release date yet. In Finnish gamestores, it says that the release date will be 5.10. Is that true? Then it would be just 12 !# ¤#¤&& more days...

But Australia still dosn't have it either so its not just Europe.

Well put it this way, The waiting time for the ps3 and MGS4 won't be so bad with a new MGS coming out around now, I mean the rest of the world have had time to play it and get bored of it,or in some cases not. But we still haven't even had chance to play it so we'll be sorted for the next couple of months.

Hmm... Hey, that makes a bit sense. It will be a very good timekiller, waiting for MGS4. But I still find it annoying, that we have to wait months after months.

So PLEASE, no more delays!

I woulda thought it would have come out ages ago.

I know for a fact that the Beta testing of the online section was completed months ago (and my, was it good fun).

I will definately be getting subsistence, purely for the online mode, whenever its released.

I know that because of our lengthy delay, we'll be getting the third disc as standard, but that still doesnt make up for seven months kojima!!! I also heard that the reason its been delayed so long is because they released the platinum edition over here and wanted to get as many more sales outta that as possible before they release the almighty subsitence.

So when's it actually out? Amazon say 1st Oct (but they're usually a it off), Play.com say 11th oct which i trust a bit more and I asked the dude at GAME and he said 27th Oct...but GAME are idiots too so I'm really not sure. Dangit, just bring it out so me and my mate can do the whole MGS series back to back with no sleep! And soI can enjoy some Cardboard Boxing. awoohoo

it is definatley out in october, when, nobody can be sure because everyone is sayin different,but my advice is to pre order it for the cheapest you can find it, ive found it on gameplay.comso far, and keep checking everywhere else to see if they change they're release dates!

yeah, i read somewhere about them releasing the platinum version and waitin to get as many sales as possible b4 releasin subsistence,i dont see any proper reson why they have delayed it though, but it might not be true! it probably is though, but i hope that beause of our delay, they have fixed all the bugs in the online play that the u.s and japan have had.

I am in the Uk and subsistence is released on the 6th of October....CANT WAIT! :snake:

I've given up on Subsitance and are hoping that they at least bring MPO out here the same time as everywhere else. It's really bad considering Amazon.co.uk had it advertised as November 2005, now it's closer to being November 2006 <_< They said they'd talk about a release date on the next KP report, that was said about a 2 months ago; they havn't had another one since <_<

Well considering I don't speak "leet" I have hardly any idea what that means.
What I do mean is you will die, over and over and over again until you get a feel for how different the game is online.

It's just something we all go through once we start.

EDIT: I dont really know if you can play americans ... But on the VS scoreboard for the week the number one player has been playing for 19hours+ and its only 1600 hours in england
