Title: over-estimated it..

welp, i just got this game earlier today and I have to say im quite dissappointed, I just finished the first mission and its not very fun, and the hole speach thing (instead of cutscenes) is very annoying and i dont feel like reading for ten minutes before playing. Well thats just the first mission, does the game get better?
BTW, I have no fu&*en clue how to get this "solid eye" thing to set up, does anyone know how?

The game does gradually get better. The end fight with Metal Gear is fantastic. And, if you've played MGA1, you'll remember that MG. You get to fight that one aswell.
And, regarding your Solid Eye troubles, the manuals not just there to look good ;)

Trust me, Ive completed it several times, good music, cool cards and clips, great boss fights and a generally great game in my opinion!

I have to say, teh game is growning on me, i love the boss fights a lot, and i got the solid eye thing to work.

Don't sweat it, give the game a chance. The beggining levels arent so amazing but this game gets REALLY good. I remember when I was hooked on this game, I hope an AC!D3 comes out.
