Of course he doesn't want it to be that big... Pictures can be resized you know

not with the image editing software i have whenever i put a image on top of a smaller image the small image takes the size of the big one with white in all the extra spots,it's called paintDOTnet it sucks over half of the text styles that it used to have were deleted on all versions that's why i'm trying to get photoshop <_<

In that case, resize the image before you put it onto the smaller image. Or download GIMP. Judging from the info about your program, the GIMP is a hell of a lot better. Trust me, I have it.

i tried gimp and i have no idea what i'm doing i can't use any images form my saved pics i have to use things from files it's freaking confusing all i know how to do is bring up an image and edit it and that's all and i can't resize anything with paintDOTnet
