Title: Full Completion
Description: CONFIDENTIAL

Liquidon Snake - March 24, 2004 12:18 AM (GMT)
I remember when I beat the game, and I saw that red screen with the word "CONFIDENTIAL", I was so confused. I am still kind of disappointed that I didn't understand it. I am asking you just how many of you managed to make something of it.
When I first saw it, I was confused. I asked a friend what it meant, and he said that a friend of his knew a sequence of buttons to press while watching that screen that would result in the opening of a new mode of gameplay with a creatable character, etc. I asked him what the code was, and he said his friend did it so fast that he couldn't tell. For the next few days, we sat in front of that TV trying a whole motherload of random button sequences hopin g to unlock this "secret mode". I eventually caught on and realized that he was BS-ing me, and I tried to catch him by surprise about it, getting him off-guard about lying. I read more into the prupose of the screen, eventually discovering that it showed blueprints of Metal Gear Ray in the background, giving dedicated players a heads-up on the development of a second Metal Gear Solid. I remember the days so clearly it's starting to freak me out.
I know that a lot of you have beaten the game, and I want to know, honestly, if you had a clue as to what the "CONFIDENTIAL" screen meant.
Vote, and give me some input.

I didn't see any confidential screen, I just beat it today.

No screen with a red background?
I guess that depends upon what version of the game you got.
Do you play Metal Gear Solid Integral, or Metal Gear Solid VR Missions?
Do you live in Europe?
Did you get the game from a private vendor?

I borrowed the game from one of my brother's friends. I don't live in Europe, I live in North America. He didn't get it from a private vendor. What the hell is Integral? But it was for PC maybe that's it.
