Well after minimal deliberation I decided to make my very own shiny topic, mainly because in the "rate my sig" topic people aren’t as detailed as they used to be. It's really annoying to see after spending a few hours on a sig just something like this:

My answer: How!? I really want proper feedback as it helps me improve my overall graphics skills so please any constructive criticism is welcome.

To be fair OS, you've come a hell of a way to them cruddy MGR graphics (unless you didn't make them). Anyway amazing work man, seriously keep it up).

Only problem, the 'Special Agent Leon' Sig. The thick black borders look out of place.

They are pretty cool! Nice work. My favourite is the Wolverine one. I can see where some of them are your earlier attempts and then your later attempts.

I'd agree with BleedPink on the thick borders. If they were a tad smalle I'd say it was near enough excellent!

(Oh and for the record I think the rate my sig thing with just the numbers as ratings is pretty crap too :))

Freedom Fighters is one of my fave games on the PS2, it'd be a shame if they don't make a 2nd as it was really open ended. I heard IO are already making a completly new series anyway so looks like your right yack :(

Inspired by Sol's current sig I decided to make my own Pulp Fiction sig ^_^

@Ben if your reading this I still got that sig you made me :D

1st: Nice use of brushes and good rendering, although regarding the girl on the left; its a common tehnique and not very attractive. The colours could have a higher saturation, and I see you still use that strip of scanlines on the side. And clever text on your name there. 8/10

2nd: Very plain and very bland. Looks like a filter has been used which doesn't look attractive. The brushes are a little dry also, but scanlines are blended in well. Good text too. 6/10

know what,i'm not even gonna start something here with you about that sig cause it's just end badly but i have to disagree with your opinion there i think OS's sig looks great and very attractive(in a GFX way) and awesome not dry and whatever else you said

Just to clarify guys the bottom sig wasn't mine it was made for me by BleedPink about a year or more ago, when I joined the forums. Thanks for the comments eithier way :P

As for the one I made: I agree with you Dani about the scanlines, I was going to remove them but then thought sod it xD Thanks for the feedback people, keep it coming :D

I think what Dani was trying to say mate is that the point of this is to give critizizm etc not just a slap on the back, which it is (not that positive comments arn't appreciated :D ).

Nice jbo on that though. I like the symbols on the side, gives it a very authentic look. Though the brushes on the right are a little cheesy, doesn't really suit the Bruce Lee feel. The colours and saturation is also rather bright, maybe a more lighter tone could have been used. And the text doesn't fit in with the signature, maybe if you used a more chinese-like font, or perhaps used the same colours would have helped it to blend in. 8/10

I'm returning to the designs for my two new sites: SMS and Cerebrum, and with them I decided to create my own design logo. Give them a real authenticity, anyway here it is:



At first I wanted to call it "meme designs" but I couldn't think of a way to present that visually so I opted for "propaganda". I wanted something that emphasised the spread of information or a message thus this seemed appropriate substitute. I like the U.S.S.R. look so adopted that for the image. Anyway comments please (apart from g-fox! :P )

@g-fox: don't mean to be an arse mate but can you switch your DA banner for something you made, it may sound picky but I don't like ripping...thanks ;)
