Hey guys, i just heard about the USA servers closing down on MGO and i was wondering when will the Australian (PAL) servers close up? Is it worth me buying a network adapter to play MGO?

Also the Xbox has a cunning tool to play its games online without Xbox live (a kinda "VPN" program) called Xbox Connect. I wonder if someone could do the same thing with a PS2 and get a few MGO servers up when it finaly dies out?

Both the Japanese and US servers have closed after being up for about a year. Subsistence was released in Japan in Decemver 2005 and the MGO server closed December 2006. Subsistence was released in US in March of 2006 and they close in April 2007. So I'm guessing the PAL servers will be open until September or October at the most.

That xbconnect wont work I think because its for LAN games. MGO does not have LAN. Only online
