After lengthy deliberation and discussion among the staff, we've decided to increase the maximum dimensions for avatars to 100x100 pixels. If you're uploading your avatar through the forum, then the upper filesize limit is still 25KB, but I would recommend uploading to an external server (eg. Imageshack) and link to it from here: I'd consider it more reliable and the filesize limit is much higher.

Taking a moment to discuss signatures, staff discretion is still being applied, although use of signatures which stretch vertically to an unreasonable extent is being cracked down on especially. If your marginally exceeds what is deemed acceptable, you'll receive a PM asking you to make changes, but if it exceeds the limits ridiculously, it may just be removed and you will be given a warning.

Way to bump a five month old thread – this is getting a lock once someone with control over this section gets here.
We do have a Help Desk for a reason, you know – so use it.

As for your actual question – just go to your User CP (My Controls) and click the link where it says 'Change Avatar Settings' – you can also get to it by viewing your own profile, where it will say 'Avatar Options'.
