im sorry i may not have any further in depth knowledge but are these cards even related to the MGS series

It kinda annoys me because this is an mgs game yet there is other junk present

In every Metal Gear and MGS game has this kind of "other junk" in them.
In acid those references are of course much more similar... but in other MG games has also similar references, example Meryl in MGS1 is compeletly taken from another game called Policenauts. Also mini Metal Gear in MGS4 is taken from game called Snatcher...

Yeh, all the cards are based on games made by Kojima. And i think their cool, they give a deeper insight in Kojima's past games and they have good effects.
