hey guys, can someone please touch up this picture i made with flashing letters OPS on it in maybe metal gear writing on its right side, i know its a tall order to make it into a gif but can someone please do that for me?

ahhh! Thanks a lot buddy! thats absolutely perfect! :) thanks can you please keep that image hosted for a while im gonna need it later and just in case i would like if you kept it saved :)
