yeah i live in Australia, which is a PAL area. I had a PAL version of subsistence, but the online disk broke. Does that mean that if i buy a new one thats not PAL, will i be able to play online? (because america cannot play online)

If you have the american disk then

1. You cant play it on a PAL console
2. You cant play it online because it will try going to the american servers which are closed
