Okay, here is my problem. I have MGS2 subsitence, not on the ps2 like normal people, but on the PC (Yes they sold that!). Well i got a new OS, Vista, and for some reason MGS2 doesn't even start. I just get a black screen, not even a crash to the desktop. Anyone have any insight to this mess...

this happened to me once with the sims, i think you may be choosing the wrong screen size when you start it up, or set the default as the wrong size. probably too big.

If I remember correctly there is a patch fix for vista

GOOD GOD!!! WHERE!?!?!?! The previous suggestion didn't work...


EDIT: I also discovered that my X-FI sound card might also be the problem...
