A time where I was obviously owned was while playing Half-Life 2 deathmatch...
Where I was killed by an RPG, the guy ran over looked at my body and in a very cynical voice said, "HI, WOULD YOU LIKE SOME OF MY JUICE."
I usually start flaming when I'm told off online, but this time... His timing was perfect I admited defeat and never returned to that server...

Kinda pathetic... But I hope I'm not alone, Anyone else got something hilarious happen to you while playing online?

The first time I was "owned" was on FireWarrior online, some guy with a lasgun tailed me for a good five minuites whilst I was trying to kill this guy to get a Bolter, anyways one hadshot later and it was my first death online

Other times include being shot from my perch in Call of Duty 2 by a guy with a shotgun in Stalingrad

I stopped online gaming a while back due to bad experiences with MGO, but I'm thinking of starting again when CoD4 and Airborne are released.

I felt it would be suited here as a Confesional...

I was playing Smackdown vs Raw 2005, trying to beat the Royal Rumble challenge where you come in first and win the match. I made it all the way until the final 2 against Kurt Angle, ie 28 superstars later, about half an hour of intense playing and aching hands and after all that hard work and just 1 superstar away from winning it, he threw me over.
I punched my bed so hard.

Slaying everyone in gears of war, and I saw someone running up on me and knew it would be an easy kill....I only had 2 shots left, and while I was reloading...well, let's just say that a chainsaw was involved. :sad:

Oh, okay then.

I was playing Socom, Fireteam Bravo II. Me and my team were kicking ass. Me and three other Guerillas were running into the docks and someone tossed a grenade at us, killing us instantly.

The even worse one. A HACKER came online and locked all our weapons. He kicked everyone out one by one. I used my mic and told him he was a little faggot who needed to get laid, and instead of kicking me out, he froze my PSP, messing up online for about a month. So I think I kinda got owned right up the ass on that one. ^_^

Yeah, just a little bit...totally didn't choose the right battle for that one.

But I just remembered another one, that's kind of like yours. Me and codemaster57 were playing Rainbow 6, and we were breaching through a door, but the enemy saw us coming, and threw a nad just as we entered, and while we were killing him, it explode.

most owned moment was either or a racing game where i went to the toilet before a 100 lap race with my mate in the 0 shaped track with the same cars but he gave me a 3-wheeled van and he had an aston martin DB9. or:
a chainsaw orgy on gears of war where after seeing 4 of my team and 4 of the other get turned into sandwhich fillers i was prancing around with a smoke grenade then got with with the sniper rifle and was at that bit where you tap A, then got a boomer rocket shoved up my arse.

I got drunk at the county fair. mom found out. owned.

I have fecked up some stuff in WoW here and there, like when I was recruiting for my guild - instead of (forgetting) to change the chat channel, I said the whole guild ad out loud in normal chat instead of in the main city chat channels, which would naturally get the most coverage.

I felt so stupid and the fact it looked like I was a gold bot saying some crap in open chat - I just hit Alt + F4. ^_^

Okay here's my new one... Playing Rainbow Six: Vegas with my Metal Gear Soudtrack playing, the final theme song from MGS3 starts playing (ya know the one that got most gamers all teary eyed)... I look around a corner, and I see some mexican just standing there... I don't know what posesed me to do this but I ran around the corner pointed my gun at the back of his forhead and expected to hear snake say "Freeze!" He turns around shoots me in the crotch, and this entire time I'm saying, "hey man!! your supposed to freeze!!!" only moments after dieing I see the lobby screen pop up, then I realize... Wrong game...

I owned myself on this one guys.

One time, we were at the WAL-MART and I really needed to go to the bathroom, so I ran in (ran in without reading which one it was) and, well you get it. but that wasn't the worst part. -_- the worst part was when i walked out of the stall and saw a woman looking at herself in the mirror. "am I in the wrong bathroom?" I asked stupidly knowing the answer. and I got pretty suprised when she asked back, "I don't know... am I?" and ran out looking more retarded than ever. B)
