It's good, nice and simple, but it looks as if you've just change dthe colour tone. There seems to be some brush work, but nothing much.
Still, theres nothing wrong with that at all. Looks good.

As for CnC:
I love the light source! Although it's a bit too dark (for my liking), a curves layer could probably fix this.
How did you do those light blue curves, smudge the C4D? Me likes the soft smoothness. :)

That looks pretty good. You could be a big help to Foxhound with graphics schemes.
