I've been playing this recently, after having a long brake from this MGS game I thought I'd go back on it for a change. I've now finished almost every VR mission. Only ones I'm still having problems with is Pliskin's Grenade level 5, and Snake's Variety level ? (I can't remember). It's the one where you have to shoot the approaching 26 guards before they reach Meryl ("The person laying on the ground"). I've finished all Raiden VR missions, all Ninja (Raiden) VR missions and all Raiden X VR missions. Snake is at 96% (I think), and Pliskin is at 98% (from what I remember). It's taken me a pretty long time but I somehow eventually got there. I just need to find the rest of those difficult ones and then I can go onto the other two 'Snake' characters' mission.

'Snake Tales' was alright, but lots of reading and hardly any action makes it a little bit of a dosappointment. The entire Sons of Liberty game is of course the main portion of Substance, but the "Skateboarding" mini-game was nothing special. Overall I liked Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, however the Sons of Liberty main game is still the best part, regardless of all of the bonus stuff.

Yeah those 2 missions you're talking about for pliskin and snake are absolute bitches. It's basically all about luck, and making sure you don't mess up with ammo.

Was playing threw recently, and yes that level was hard, but got tops. I'll play threw again and tell you what to do.

Nah it ok i done it now :thumb: i gonna try an unlock raiden x. An i dont want shitty thirds and seconds i want tops !! haha
