there are three things i say i know alot about in the world, and they are MG/MGS, European Football and Rocky...

wondered if there where any other Rocky Fans out there, i love the films and tend to watch at least one of them every month lol

When i watched Rocky Balboa, the sixth film, it was was one of the best moments of my life (i no its very sad lol). i got about 20 of my mates together to come cinema first day it was out to watch it and it was fantastic!!

all the films always give me a energy rush when i finish watching them and i would recommend anyone who has never watched them to rent them out straight away!

my favorite is Rocky 1, the orginal and by far the best, and after seeing it, it got me into the history of boxing and Rocky Marciano.

Any other fans of the Rock out there?

I'm a fan too, kinda.
I'm not a huge fan, but I really enjoy the movies. I think I saw the first movie when I was 10 or something, used to watch them with my folks.
I didn't like Rocky 6 (yes I said Rocky 6, and not that lame ass title Rocky Balboa) because it seems lame to have a man in his 60's fighting like that.

yeah, like the Rocky films, really liked 1&2, bt the other 4 were taking the piss in my opinion, still enjoyable though!

ROCKY is... by far... the best film in the world ever! ah man wat a great story, people think its gona be just about boxing, but its like the best love story ive ever watched, so sweet, as for the rest of them... their just kinda stupid but still the best films in the world! love ivan drago! wat a beast

Rocky Balboa just failed. It was terrible! Why on earth would somebody go in the ring at his age, based on the predictions of an artificial intelligence match? And it was playing Rocky in his prime against a new guy also in his prime. Rocky was sixty for God's sake! I hated it. And it was unbelievable how many punches he took. They should have left it at three Rocky films.

Just out of curiosity did you ever see the 5th film? He wasnt allowed to fight in it. Come the 6th film (he hated the ended the 5th gave the story) he says that he just has this thing inside him that burns up. So going into the ring to see if he still is the best is what he does. And proves it by going the full distance. Then walking out before the results are announced, because he doesnt care about them. Even though he lost by split desicion.

Bah, it was a long time since I've seen the sixth film. :P And no, I haven't seen the fifth, but I heard it got terrible reviews. I also heard that about the fourth, but meh.

I love Rocky. The first 2 movies are definitely my favorites. I have watched all the Rocky movies except for Rocky Balboa, will check it out sooner or later.

i enjoy the Rocky movies apart from 4 & 5 i think they were a pilt of turd! ive some Rocky action figures too. i think rocky 6 was awesome. (just abit of trivia for you: Stallone decided to make this movies because he was enspired by Vince Mcmahon and Hulk Hogan wrestling in their old age) its true.

i don't understand how some people didnt like the last film...ok its was riduculus......went againest all reason.......was shit story........it didn't make any sense........BUT, the charcter of Rocky is the film, the brain damaged bum (ha) that never gives up, never backs out, never thiks his not good enough even when everyone tells him his shit lol and then at 60 years old, he said he would make one more Rocky and everyone laughed.......but rocky does it and pulls a stella performence in the fight, i mean he was in shape and didnt look 60 at all!

to me that last fight was amazing the way he walks out and doesnt pay attention to the result and how he wins the crowd and the public back on his side once again! wow.......im gona go watch it now :lol:
