Reading through the handbook that comes with the game, and looking at the stats section, I noticed at the bottom how it mentions "Some skills that reach level S2 and S3 have special functionality."

Has anyone actually seen an S3 ranking for a stat yet? Or notice any special functionality for higher ranked stats?
