Title: what show is more addictive and better?
doubleo sigint - November 24, 2007 02:08 AM (GMT)
It's all bout prison break and wild wild wild n out!!!
Helikaon - November 24, 2007 12:12 PM (GMT)
Best? Prison Break, it's inventive story and brilliant acting make it perfect evening television.
Addictive? None of them on that list, the only TV show that I see as addictive are those fething reality shows.
Gene - November 24, 2007 12:14 PM (GMT)
none of them they all bore me i like family guy and dr who though
Aquila - November 24, 2007 12:54 PM (GMT)
Prison Break - it always leaves you wanting to see the next episode :P
Roy Campbell - November 24, 2007 08:05 PM (GMT)
None, I don't watch any of them, I can't see why people like them so much.
If I had to choose id say Dragonball Z becuase as a child, I used to like that
snake_ultsol - November 24, 2007 09:20 PM (GMT)
Prison Break; the cliffhanger at the end of each episode kills you.
sadistic_greyfox - November 24, 2007 09:25 PM (GMT)
I said CSI, I used to like them a hell ova lot. Not i'm More into Law and Order.
ichbinscissors61 - November 24, 2007 10:18 PM (GMT)
CSI for me too. I don't really watch it much, but I enjoy it when I do. I like to try to figure it all out, but often fail. :P Got to love Gil Grissom as well, I like that guy.
Btw, I really hope no-one votes for Eastenders, I really hate that.
The Black Devil Of Outer Heaven - November 24, 2007 11:13 PM (GMT)
I chose eastenders!! :P
Just joking, I don't even know what that is.
Anyway, I had to go with CSI. I suppose that dragonballz was addictive when I was younger, but not anymore. and Heroes is pretty good to, but I decided to go with CSI. ^_^

It's Hell, given televisual form
The only good thing about it was it gave Ross Kemp an acting career, so he could star in Ultimate Force.
Refluxe - November 24, 2007 11:22 PM (GMT)
Oh God, I must be the only one that firmly believes Prison Break should have stopped at the end of Season 2. It had a perfect everything to finish, yet they continued because of popularity. Really hating the storyline so far, I won't delve into why since I'll spoil it for some.
Out of them, I'd definitely say Heroes (I assume that's what you meant anyway). Absolutely incredible series, lovin' it so much.
That being said, that selection of shows is incredibly random... Needs more House M.D.
Helikaon - November 24, 2007 11:25 PM (GMT)
You're not the only one ;)
<They should have never continued with Michael in SONA, should have just left it as it was with Linc trying to get back to the States, or not at all>
But no, they decide to ruin a perfectly good storyline.
Solid Snake The Great - November 24, 2007 11:28 PM (GMT)
"We need a hero to save us!" - a short extract from a very well known song.
Yeah, I love Heroes out of all of them. Unfortunately, they only show two a week over here in the UK on Wednesday's, so I haven't even finished season one yet. Grr. I'll have to buy the full box set when it goes on sale on 10th of December.
Liquidus_Snake - November 25, 2007 12:05 AM (GMT)
Lost....
the thing is here is the UK, series 1 and 2 was on normal channels. i was totally addicted to Lost i would never miss it, loved it
then the big scary coperate money business's came in.....
now all the series are on Sky.....FUCKING SKY!!!!!! and me not having Sky!!
so now i've had to stop watching Lost and its been like Herion trying to kick!!!
so yeah Lost was very addictive for me...
ADJ - November 25, 2007 10:37 AM (GMT)
I'd say Lost, with Heroes a close second; but a lot of those shows I've never properly watched, which is probably true for most of the posters, so it's a bit tough to pass judgement.
doubleo sigint - November 25, 2007 12:43 PM (GMT)
Yea i thought they ruined prison break with the 3rd serius, but then i started to watch it and i cant stop now the storyline is much better than i thought and people that you would never ever expect to die have died prison break is totally unpredictable and thats what keeps us on the edge of our seats.
sorry refluxe i like house too but i completely forgot that but house is a bit predictable i think
Bigboss770 - November 25, 2007 01:26 PM (GMT)
Dragonball Z has to be the most addictive. I followed it religiously as a child and it still kicks ass  I used to watch it everyday after school at 5:30 on cartoon network I think. Good times.
Petrelli - November 25, 2007 06:33 PM (GMT)
In terms of addictiveness..Entourage. Theres nothing that particularly is amazing about the show, but somehow I can't help but watch it.
Other shows that should be on this list;
The Wire, The Sopranos, 24, House M.D.
Thanatos13 - November 25, 2007 08:07 PM (GMT)
I enjoy CSI: Crime Scene Investigation because I really caught on quickly to the characters and their story lines
WHiTeFaLCoN - November 26, 2007 12:37 PM (GMT)
Red Queen - November 26, 2007 12:58 PM (GMT)
Prison Break is overrated IMO. :)
(and it has nothing to do with being a woman)
Personally, I love Desperate Housewives for it's black humor, irony and characters that absolutely everyone can identify with.
RossSP - November 26, 2007 02:25 PM (GMT)
Dammit, I forgot to tick Lost
But yeah, that, Prison Break and CSI. All have great stories and characters.
Metalmalitia23 - November 26, 2007 05:01 PM (GMT)
I would say LOST, that's my favoutire show and really that only reason I watch tv, can't wait for the next season.

what do you mean exacly? of course it has nothing to do with being a woman its about a bunch of guys trying to break out of prison. and if you want strong female characters just look at season 2 with president reynolds and season 3 with susan the commanding operative of the company (man she's like an amazon).
iAn - November 27, 2007 12:18 AM (GMT)
Lost is the best. The first season is just stellar.
All the characters were fleshed out with amazingly emotional backstories and REALLY makes you care and feel about each one, and everytime one of them dies, you feel like you just died inside just a little bit.
Thats what a show should do.
Heroes is a close second, but doesn't take the cake since it does not have the powerful emotional reaction that Lost has.
White&Nerdy - November 27, 2007 11:21 AM (GMT)
I dont like many new TV shows, though CSI Vegas isn't bad. I haven't seen any lost or prison break so I can't really comment on them.

Yeah when Micheal shot Ana Lucia and Libby I was sitting at the edge of my couch and i was like What the FUCK!
Register - November 28, 2007 04:17 AM (GMT)
Yeah, I'm gonna go with the "all of those shows suck the big one" card.
orionx103 - November 28, 2007 05:26 AM (GMT)
Heroes, hands down.
It's like X-Men, but better. Really.
Mega Man - November 28, 2007 11:59 AM (GMT)
Hero's and lost. I use to watch Lost but then it stopped getting interesting for me. My favorite ones that are not on that list are 24 and House.
Solid_Bauer - December 8, 2007 09:08 AM (GMT)
None of them. ESPECIALLY NOT Eastenders! OMG! EW! NO! BORING!
I'll stick with 24 and House M.D. thanks :D
Gene - December 8, 2007 12:21 PM (GMT)
I love mock the week that is really good.
abc123 - December 8, 2007 12:35 PM (GMT)
Gotta say prizon break. The first season was the shit.
Starks Hayter - December 8, 2007 04:10 PM (GMT)
I said Eastenders, but I like CSI too.

Television has sucked for a while now.
A long while.
Ever since Angel was cancelled by the WB, in my humble opinion, the only thing worth watching has been the films that they show every weekend, and they're not that great either.
Mikey - December 8, 2007 09:47 PM (GMT)
I would have voted for 24 but it wasn't there. so went for prision break, going to have to wait for box set unfortunatly, not got sky, damn 5 for not keeping the contract for it...
shiver_motion - December 8, 2007 10:00 PM (GMT)
Am i the only one here man enough to admit to liking ugly betty?
i think its a very smart and funny show.

Well that is total utter bollocks my friend.
TV is on an all time high, Buffy and Angel wern't even that good of tv programmes.
The Sopranos, The Wire, Entourage, Lost, Curb Your Enthusiasm, 24, Heroes..all fantastic tv programs.
You need to actually watch some TV before you come out with a statement like that.
JCC - December 9, 2007 07:55 PM (GMT)
That's why I said in my humble opinion.
If I don't like them, I don't watch them. And I have seen an episode of more than one of the aforementioned television shows and didn't like them or thought them too pedestrian to be worth my time and effort to watch.
It doesn't help that I only have your standard terrestrial channels, though.
