Does anyone know if you can still get new saved data from MPO after you have accepted to load the data from MPO to MPO+?

No. It even says so while you're loading your saved data in the beginning.

You probably can if you start a new file on MPO+ and then choose to import a different file from MPO. I'm not sure, I haven't tried.
