I would just like to make a topic and ask everyone from the UK that uses Amazon.co.uk, if they would be willing to help MGSForums in the process of ordering? Ive been reading the Pre Order topic in the MGS4 section and I set up an associates account with them. What that means is, if you Pre Ordered MGS4 through a link we provide, we could get a percentage for referring Amazon to others. Nothing comes from your pocket, we just got 5% of the sale price.

This means, we could use any amount made, to rid of advertisements, and save it up for bigger things etc.

I would but I dont use Amazon - Plus im plannin on gettin MGS4 in hand at GAME or somewhere on the day [Seeing how it should be a Friday release and I dont have school on Fridays]

The way the internet and shops work though, is that they get it BEFORE the release date and send it to you so it arrives on the day :)

I'll be setting up an American affiliation when I get back home. What this will primarily help cover is the cost of the name 'mgsforums.com.' Once we have that paid off, we can start looking at ad removal or possibly converting to different forum software.

I think I'll pre-order MGS4 once a release date is announced officially. If I do pre-order MGS4, I will pre-order it using this link. And the support shop rocks, but you could add some of the other MGS memorabilia. You know, like the actions figures etc.

Its not exactly beta testing. Amazon associates has been running for years, we just havent used it. And of course you will receive it, Amazon is like one of, if not THE biggest online only shopping place.

Ok theres no need to be pedantic I know it's not an official beta test thing..but it's still a beta and we get too try it before most other people. But if your right I'll pre-order through the referral link this weekend.

The beta for Metal Gear Online (not a reference to the Amazon shop thingy :P ) has only been confirmed for the U.S. and Japan for starters :( The code for the beta is inside the Metal Gear Saga Vol.2 case that you get as a pre-order gift.

Now in personal experience I've never seen Amazon do pre-order stuff (I don't use it that often though so if anyone cares to correct me, please do so) likewise for the other online retailers so I'd say, if this ever gets brought to Europe (which I'm hoping it will), you might be better off ordering it in-store from GAME or Gamestation etc.
