It tears a hole in everything,

I'm drenched to the bone in deceit,
You swim in blood,
Back-stroke, front-crawl, butterfly,
Apathetically floating in the waters of your self-involved
Cerebral mess.

It's pathological and unavoidable,
It's your safety blanket,
It's what makes you feel safe and protected,
Lies, deceit, dishonesty. Don't you see what you create?
