Title: How much time did you spend on a game the most?

King Snake - January 29, 2008 03:01 PM (GMT)
I don't know if this was posted before, if it was then lock it.

The game I spended the most of my time was San Andreas, I played it about 200+ hours. How much time did you spend on a game the most?

jonhou - January 29, 2008 03:07 PM (GMT)
All in all I would say FFX.

Disciple - January 29, 2008 03:09 PM (GMT)
Pokemon Diamond...*cough300hourscough*

Johnyman - January 29, 2008 03:20 PM (GMT)
Must say Dmc3... It's taken away almost 400 hours of my life. No wonder I have no girlfriend...erm,forget that last bit.
It's just so addictive and NEVER gets boring. Unlocking costumes, beating all difficulties and whatnot.

Register - January 29, 2008 04:04 PM (GMT)
According to XFire, WoW. Over 715 hours clocked.

And that was all in a total of three months. Hasn't played since March 2005 though.

Helikaon - January 29, 2008 04:27 PM (GMT)
Probably Vice City

I don't know how many hours, but it's definitely the game I've played the most.

Metalmalitia23 - January 29, 2008 04:32 PM (GMT)
I would either have to say MGS2 or maybe Pokemon Silver, I used to play that game ALOT when i was little.

OcelotSnake - January 29, 2008 04:34 PM (GMT)
I'd say Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty closely followed by GTA: Vice City (was my first PS2 game). I still play them both on a fairly regular basis now.

codemaster57 - January 29, 2008 04:34 PM (GMT)
BF2, played it so much when it came out that I began to suffer what my Senior Army Instructor called "battle fatigue"...

snake_ultsol - January 29, 2008 04:35 PM (GMT)
Yea, GTA: San Andreas definitely .. dunno how many hours though. Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence comes in at close second.

Solid Snake The Great - January 29, 2008 05:03 PM (GMT)
Probably GTA San Andreas, or one of the Pokemon games. I had loads of Pokemon games, so I can't name one that I played for ages on end, but I know I did play them an awful lot. Other than one of the Pokemon games, I'm sure it's got to be GTA San Andreas.

Liquidus_Snake - January 29, 2008 05:30 PM (GMT)
Sadlly enough, it must be San Andreas aswell..

followed far away by Vice City, GTA3 and as far as none GTA games......Pro Evo 6?

Roy Campbell - January 29, 2008 08:25 PM (GMT)
Probably FFVII or another FF game. Most play throughs last around 50 hours up to over 100 hours depending on how many secrets I feel like unlocking and what level I want to get up to. I have completed most FF games around 6 times so that adds up to to around 400ish hours per FF game.

And I still haven't beat Ruby Weapon.......bastard.

doubleo sigint - January 29, 2008 09:02 PM (GMT)
Pro evo 6 there was a time i played nothing but Pro evo 6 lol making up my own seasons god i miss it football games are to shit to spend that many hours again.

Cardboard Box Junkie - January 30, 2008 01:25 AM (GMT)
Guitar Hero II, I have no idea how much I've played of that game, but it is a fuckload.

San Andreas would have to come a close second.

Yackemflaber - January 30, 2008 03:33 AM (GMT)
CoD1 hands down, it was the first game I'd ever played online so I was a hardcore addict
easily wasted spent a large portion of my life on that thing

HolySpawn - January 30, 2008 03:37 AM (GMT)

Puppy - January 30, 2008 05:03 AM (GMT)
In first place is Warcraft II. I spent my entire year at the age of twelve playing it. Honorable mentions include Call of Duty 4 and Final Fantasy X.

La Li Lu Le Lo - January 30, 2008 07:00 AM (GMT)
Lost Planet 800+ hours...

White&Nerdy - January 30, 2008 08:57 AM (GMT)

Lost Planet 800+ hours...

Really ..? I am quite surprised because I have heard its an average game. Now, I think I will buy it for the PS3 when it comes out. ^_^

LarryTermite - January 30, 2008 10:53 AM (GMT)
There was a holidays (2 weeks) that I played WC3,DotA for 16 hours a day and when I went back to school averaged about 4 a day for a few months I was really addicted. I would have played 100s of hours of WC3.

Lost Planet 800+ hours...

Really? I disliked it on the first level, haha!

But I would say GTA3 probably, getting to my 170,000 odd people wasted was time consuming. And the only one I know of with a time in the menu is Burnout 3, around 170 hours.

Red Queen - January 30, 2008 12:12 PM (GMT)
Probably WoW. Right now my play time is 20 days and 21 hours on my main character only.

Other than WoW, most likely Deus Ex and Prince of Persia. They both must have well over 450 hours.

ichbinscissors61 - January 30, 2008 12:21 PM (GMT)
Hmm, I didn't like Lost Planet either, but each to their own.

For me, MGS3, by a very long way. An estimated 93 completions, probably more, that already makes about 150 hours or so. And then all the time I spent messing about in the game without finishing it, and that was ages. And then, of course, duel mode, I've spent so long in here, probably 100 hours by itself, that's what it takes for world records, and I have them now.:P Decent amount of time with monkey as well.

Next to that, MGS2, I would say. Another mass of time, main game being the bulk, VR, Snake Tales, Boss survival, the extra disc in Sub, everything. Not sure how long I've spent with it, probably less than MGS3, but still a lot more than anything else.

And third, Vice City. Hell of a fun game, and it shows with my play time in it. Had it for longer than I have MGS3 as well.

La Li Lu Le Lo - January 30, 2008 04:07 PM (GMT)
The multiplayer is great in LP, but the campaign not so much. I used to be top 300 in the world.

Aquila - January 30, 2008 04:43 PM (GMT)
Elder Scrolls Oblivion (Roughly 500 Hours)

Or

Pokemon LeafGreen (Unsure, I've went back to this game I can honestly say about 10 times completing each)

Yackemflaber - January 30, 2008 05:44 PM (GMT)
500 hours? are you serious?!

wow what level are you and what quest lines have you completed?

Well I'm about 95% positive I've completed every mission, side-mission, guild etc. Maybe a few things I've missed out. Definetly havn't been in every dungeon but that hardly counts.
Ummmm not sure what level my character is, I know that all the sub levels are over 70 though. It was my first game aswell so I spent a alot of time learning alot of tips and tricks to perfect the game.

GreySnake - January 31, 2008 08:43 PM (GMT)
Definitely Diablo II: LoD

Spent a good year or so playing that around 4+ hours a day.

Draketopher - February 1, 2008 12:14 PM (GMT)
I'd say..World of Warcraft...
But I wouldn't count that because that games a life stealer so instead I'd have to sayyyy....either Gears of War or MGS 2: Substance.

RossSP - February 4, 2008 05:07 PM (GMT)
I've spent 200 hours + playing San Andreas.

Behind that, with no definite times, are Resident Evil 4 and MGS2 + 3, completed all of them about twenty times each.

Going back a while, I could say the same about Tomb Raider :P

SolidSnake52 - February 5, 2008 12:43 AM (GMT)
10 hours. I don't play video games that much.

solidfox - February 5, 2008 06:11 AM (GMT)
Its sad to be ahead on this topic...but with FFXI I played over 400 days in under three years.

I know many others that have put in 1000+ days in that game as well.

BigK - February 5, 2008 06:14 AM (GMT)
San Andreas, I purchased it in December 2004, and beat it in October of 2005.

You mean you got 100% ?

dark_static6 - February 7, 2008 12:44 AM (GMT)
i would say Fable...on exploration alone

sadistic_greyfox - February 7, 2008 12:49 AM (GMT)
COD4 online, according to my Stats I've played a total of 3 days going on 4.

Gatsby - February 7, 2008 01:17 AM (GMT)
WoW.

At least 1700 hours over the past two years.
