How do I get my Assistance level up its at 0 but my Reconnaissance level is at 99 also what is the Assistance and Reconnaissance level what do they do?Is it in the manual?

Spies such as the ones that lower enemy health contribute to assistance level.

would soldiers with the bait career be counted as assitance or not :o

No because the bait career has the Sneaking symbol so not hard to tell they aren't spies.

i know that i was just wondering if i could place them there instead of taking up space in my sneaking unit,everyone i get with bait career are all weak and are the politician guys

Some where between the time you obtain those soldiers, and 50k exp, is when they usually get better ^_^

You don't actually have to use them, you could just put a few in your sneaking team, and power through it with snake or whoever you usually use. It's really not that difficult or boring at all.

has anyone tried using baits in their sneaking team? I made a whole team of Bait, and for some reason, found ZERO *** guys. When I dont have baits....i find them. I know their supposed to be in the sneaking unit, but has anyone found them effective? It seems silly to bring it up, but I've played it a lot and found this.

You aren't going to notice their superiority until you train them.

Yes, I've used Baits on the Sneaking team before. As Alexander said, just put 2 or 3 Baits onto your sneaking them and then put in a main soldier your going to use to complete all of the missions. You don't necessarily HAVE to use them in the mission to find good soldiers.

Yes they are effective although they don't look like they help, they actually do. Don't bother capture 2 star soldiers since they aren't very good most of the time, mainly get the 3 star soldiers.

Yes, generally, the soldiers with Bait carreer are weak, however there are still some that are relatively good. One of my Bait soldiers I got from an AP Scan (Ocelot Male) and he has 280 HP and 999 Stamina. So just look around a bit, your bound to find some good soldier with Bait otherwise just do as Alexander said/ what I posted above : use a different soldier.
