Title: Question about Bait.

Here's a question... To enjoy the benifits of a soldier with the Bait carrer, do they have to be the active character? Or can they just be on your sneaking team anywhere?

you have to have them in your sneaking unit that you send out in to the missions for it to work

Tmorrow Im gonna go thru with 4 bait soldiers and look.... maybe a bait/ headhunter if i got 1...

Ok i went thru with 4 bait soldiers... didnt find one 3 star soldier. Then I went thru with 4 regular soldiers found 3 3 stars. Just random luck.
Also I went thru easy too with 4 bait. Found a 200 health soldier which is rare in easy. Also got the hound rating with capturing all the soldier and not being seen but got hound rating. Usually i get tsunkochi.
