Anyone remember these great and classic cartoons? I used to watch them all the time. They don't make cartoons like this anymore.

For those of you who don't know:

Cow & Chicken:
About a cow and a chicken who have human parents and a cousin who is a boneless chicken.

I Am Weasel:
About a weasel who is perfect in everyway, and a dumb baboon (I R Baboon) who is jealous of him and tries to beat him at stuff.

One character these shows had in common: The Red Guy! He was fucking hilarious, and had wierd names like 'Larry Lackapants' and 'Sir Pantsoroff'.

Rofl this show was amazing - one of the best from my very young childhood. Just really full of random subjects, was hilarious

I could understand the baboon, but why did the red guy always have to be naked?

Cow and Chicken is the most sickest, twisted show ever. It's a show about a cow and a chicken who were both born from the same mother, but not only that - get this, their mother is a human. However, she is no ordinary human - there is only half of her!

Should we really be showing this to children, sick sick people......*shakes head*

I started thinking that some time ago...
It really is twisted in way.
There are hidden swears and adult jokes hidden all over the place.
And the red guy, dude, that's just pure pornagraphy.
I didn't get affected much by it though.

Not quite as twisted as Ren & Stimpy though.

Loved these shows, watched them all the time when I was a twinkle. I just love that egg-sucking freak of a weasel.

These shows were great. They were indeed full of twisted subject matter and inuendos, but so were ALOT of cartoons from that era. Ren and Stimpy was the most famous of them, but there were others. Try watching some Rocko's Modern Life, now that youre grown up. Youll see it in a whole new light.

I think its actually very clever of the writers. Its like the writers new that kids would watch cartoons all day long, and the parents would be forced to put up with it. So they made them humorous for the kids, while adding in subtle adult themed jokes. This way, the kids, as well as the parents, are entertained. Its really pretty smart.
