I just beat "Portable Ops" and started playing "Plus". I never found the Fulton in "Portable Ops"; where was it in that game and where is it in "Plus"? I didn't even know it was in "Portable Ops" until I saw it in the instruction manual after I beat the game! I need it in "Plus" to get stealth camo from infinity mission. Thanks in advance.

Also wondering if soldiers captured in "Plus" and special characters like Raiden will show up in "Portable Ops"..

Nah, soldiers you capture in MPO+ cannot be transferred to MPO. The Fulton system for MPO only exists in Ad-Hoc or Infrastructure (Online) Modes.

Okay, that makes sense about MPO and the fulton since you can always abort mission from the menu. Thanks for clearing that up..

Can I find the stealth camo in Infinity Mission? If so, where?

well you know those kerotan frogs you can crawl over? the ones that make that 'meo meo' sound? smetimes a stealth camo will appear.

To get stealth camo, your Tech level needs to be 99. Also, Fulton aborts the Infinity Mission, keeping all the soldiers and items you've gained so far. In online, it's a cheap way to avoid dying, or a way to recover your troop.

but if you fulton while your health is going down (theres red and its draining) your next soldier will have like 15% health as a penalty.

Okay, so just to be clear, I need Level 99 Tech to find the stealth camo during infinity mission in MPO+? Or did you mean to find it in MPO I need the 99 Tech level?

Actually in Infinity Mission you don't need to have 99 tech. What you really need more are Elite engineers, they are the ones that raises the chance to get "High Tech Equipment" during a stage (NOTE: the level of your tech determines the output or chance of getting the tech item)

Now I may not be 100% sure on this but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

theodoreology you don't need stealth camo to beat Infinity Mission. It is actually more bothersome to actually take the time to go and look for it in each stage. Your better off without it in my opinion since it does not last very long anyway.

I already beat Infinity Missions on extreme... surprisingly, on my first try, no fulton! Did anyone else find "extreme" to be kinda easy?. Anyway, I just want a stealh camo because I just played through PO for the first time and the first time I play through games I don't look at guides or FAQs. I save that for the second go-round (this adds a lot to replay value). I didn't have a tech level of 99 when I beat PO, so I don't have a stealth camo.

Do you get the stealth camo in PO as soon as your tech level hits 99, or do you have to have tech level 99 when you beat the game?

Yes, Infinity Mission is easy. Try doing it without being caught and capture lots of units to get high rank and more EXP.

In the original portable ops all you needed was level 99 Tech to get stealth.

In Infinity Mission you can find stealth (as I said before) during the stage, but it will probably take you a while to find one and I don't think it's worth it.

Getting caught reduces the amount of EXP obtained?? What the HELL! They don't tell you ANYTHING in game manuals anymore!!

Remember when there were no online FAQs, and the only other way to learn something about how to play a game other than a game manual was in a magazine or by calling an expensive phone tip line?! The manual doesn't even tell you that engineers and elite engineers add 1 and 4 points to your spy rank in PO, and a bunch of other crap that would be NICE TO KNOW!

Stealth is a random thing. I don't have a 99 Tech level but Still I find stealth and yes, elite engineers do help. I have about 6-7 stealth camos with my tech level at 72.

lol i found stealth it lasted for about 3 mins. (btw i watchea mgspo+ parody and a guy held the fulton radio, can any one help me on how to do this?)

if i was to use a fulton in extreme would i be able to end where i get up to and keep all the soldiers i managed to recruit?

Thats the good thing. You can use the Fulton any time and are able to keep EXP, soldiers, items, weapons, etc.

crap didnt know that i thought it just quits you , which would be a pointless use.

should of used it yesterday when i got to level 16 on extreme then it was a ' dont be spotted ' mission and it happened and lost eveything.
