Yay, the Abomination!
Looks pretty good, it seems that this year will be good for superhero films, Iron Man, The Dark Knight, War Zone and now this.

damn straight, though it is strange that there hasn't been any teasers or a much info about this movie in conventions and stuff, its almost like Marvel are prioritizing some projects over others, seems to me like they are favoring Ironman over Hulk which is stupid and they should show more advertisements and publicity for both equally.

I was never really interested in the hulk but when i saw Edward Norton was going to be in this i flipped shit. Gotta see it.

Already looks 10 times better than 2003's shitacular Hulk movie.
snakeinthegear - March 14, 2008 08:36 AM (GMT)
The funny thing is, the CG effects shown in this trailer aren't even complete. So the final look in the trailer that'll be released closer to June should look even better.

I just heard on G4 that the final fight between Abomination and Hunk will last 20+ minutes!

It looks pretty good, really havn't seen enough to say I'll go watch it though. My only problem is that they won't show enough of Hulk, seriously I hate when they do that in Super Hero movies.

26 minutes to be exact.

Hmmm I looked kinda dull. I thought the the new movie would be a sequel to the first one....
Btw what was that Sandman looking thing??
Helikaon - March 15, 2008 05:50 PM (GMT)
Why would it be a sequel?
Hulk was terrible. The only good thing in it was Eric Bana and he was dire.
The Incredible Hulk is a reboot, like Punisher: WarZone.
I'm guessing you mean
The Abomination?

My god... we finally found someone who wanted a sequel to the first Hulk Movie!!!
I never knew they existed!!!
rayofdoom - March 15, 2008 07:39 PM (GMT)
well this movie is kind of a sequel, the events in this movie take place after the last one, all the characters are there, the only things that have changed are the actors. whats the point with going through the whole origin thing again? that would be a waste of time and stupid.
Darth Big Boss - March 15, 2008 08:05 PM (GMT)
This new movie doesn't take place after the first one. It's a reboot. That's why they're doing the origin over again.

Hmm.....maybe. I dunno, The Incredible Hulk never really interested me. And the last one sucked. But Edward Norton is pretty cool, so we'll see.
jc55 - March 24, 2008 01:08 PM (GMT)
The 'abomination'. Reminds me of that big freaky thing in Resident Evil 3.
So what is this sequel to the 2003 film right?
This will be interesting.

I have nothing against Edward Norton and praise his awesome acting skills, however.. he's clearly not the right actor to play Bruce Banner for reasons that should be stupidly obvious.
#1 His personality alone and voice in itself is enough to make me think he's just a weird guy, and he doesn't do these types of movies anyway. Most of the movies he does, revolve around underground semi-realistic fantasy movies, not comic book shit like this.
It's like casting Bruce Willis as Professor Xavier just because he's bald too.
#2 His facial expression in the trailer that I saw looked like he was about to start shitting out of every orifice in his body.
#3 I can't see him as The Incredible Hulk. That's really all there is to it.
Movie looks alright, but they tried using too many Hollywood special effects which really fucked it up when Hulk and Abomination charged at each other head on, making it look kind of.. well, like crap.
I really don't trust the Hulk, and sadly I think this movie will be another catastrofuck.
