One of my fav RTS franchises is getting a full sequel. It is about time, I hope they'll expand the story of Gabriel in the sequel.

Wow this actually looks nice, kind of reminds me of Company of Heroes. Damn 2009 is a long way away, but still I should have the money to get a decent enough PC to play it, my laptop barely struggles to run DOW and it's expansions...

same here, I have to run soulstorm with all the effects in minimum to get a decent speed.

about bloody time! dawn of war 1 and its expansions were great and all, but its time they moved onto the next generation!

Just noticed this game, a big fan of Dawn of War here. The screenshots look amazing, and if the final build looks anything like them then I will be thrilled. Hopefully army movement has been resolved.

Good move of them to use the Company of Heroes Engine... At least i'll know that my PC can run it...

I won't be interested unless the Tyranids show up.

I actually played the actual table top game using a Tyranid army I built and painted myself.

Naw, I don't play the game (40K), I did once but not anymore. But I'm a huge aficionado of the Black Library novels and the general background to 40K and WHF.

Tyranids would be pretty cool, I'm surprised they haven't added them already, they've got everyone else (Space Marines, Eldar, Orks, Choas, Imperial Guard, Tau, Necrons, Sisters of Battle and Dark Eldar).

The reason Tyranids aint been in the game is because that race is very difficult to balance with the other armies, if they want to keep with facts (Genesteeler Squads, Carnifexes etc.) and not make up some units.
