As with other aspects of the organization system, there are still issues which need to be stamped out. Within recent months we have grown aware of a major spam concern in the
Organization Chat forum.
The aforementioned forum's initial functions were simply allowing unofficial organizations to have a valid area to socialise and official organizations to discuss often org-related material with other members. However, this focus has decayed throughout the years leaving the forum as a contemporary spam-fest. Because of this, we have come to a conclusion to close down the
Organization Chat forum entirely.
However, in the essence of keeping the org-scene strong, we will instigate the return of the
Organization Alliance. With a different approach towards the rebirth of this forum, we hope to achieve high standards with activities, competitions and games for everyone within an organization to enjoy if they so desire.
Additionally, all regular members will be able to view, but not post in this forum, as to get an incite towards what they will be able to participate in if they wish to join an organization.
This leaves a question mark for what will happen to unofficial organizations - your answer is that they will no longer exist. New organizations will come about if a member can gather five or more people followed by the usual PM of a recruitment topic to the admins. We will discuss whether or not it has enough potential to succeed and then reply with our decision, as usual. If accepted, the organization will then have the standard two months (One month monitored, the second on probation) to reach fifteen members. If they do not, they will be stricken of their officialness and effectively be required to start over.
All other organizations rules remain in place which can be found
here. We hope with these changes the
Organization Alliance will grow strong, so please do all you can to participate for the sake of keeping the community strong and spam-free.
Thanks,
The Staff.
