This guy that has his own blog at ProsumeThis.com says that he has made an officially licensed MGS4 head set. Read on:

Well, the one who designed them says that he just broke a deal about a week ago to put them in production. I have my doubts, but it seems plausible.

I'm a bit weary of it myself but I wouldn't be surprised either way. I heard earlier I thought they were gunna have a MGO headset.

First off, I doubt it would be 60 bucks if you have to be within less then 3 feet from the PS3 to use it, secondly, none of those pictures look anything near real...and I seriously doubt anyone but KONAMI can make something as genius as that, nonetheless, I doubt it's real, if so, I'm not getting it, I'd rather get a 30-40 dollar one at BEST BUY that lets me listen in, and talk, good enough for me. B)
And a better idea would be, a SOLID EYE...that would be, FRIGGEN AWESOME!!!

I dont get everyones problem with the $60 price tag. That's howmuch most good BT headsets are. I know that's how much mine was. But I got it around christmas so i got it for 30.

Its a pretty cool headset but who is going to wear this while he's on the road? He will look like a human being from the future. I think it looks too "high end" in order to wear this on your ear especially when you're out on the crowded streets.
