It's a reboot of the remake, kind of.
I think it picks up where the last film finished, but has nothing else to do with it. (i.e. Banner is already the Hulk)

You know what? If Edward Norton and Tim Roth think highly enough of the film to act in it, I'll with-hold my anti-comic movie rants and give it a fair chance. (Edward Norton as the Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky... That just screams "fuckin' cool.")
