White flag or Fulton would be the best bet.

If you wave the white flag, yes, your dead soldiers are brought back for as many times as you use it. I also beleive that if you raise the white flag, you don't win any new soldiers. Someone want to help me on that?

Also, yes, if you kill someone's soldier, and they don't raise the white flag by the end of the match, you get him as a prisoner. NOTE: You don't get him if you ever lose connection or if you are kicked from a match.

You win soldiers at the end of an RC match if you have scored any points. Fultoning loses you 1 point, whereas a white flag will lose you 10. So if you die and fail to fulton, do not white flag straight away, wait until you have lost a few or time is running out before you white flag. Also you may survive long enough for them to 'come back in to play' without having to white flag and still not lose them. But that depends on the 'recovery time'.

I clone soldiers by trading them to my brother, not saving on my game and then reload my game and he trades back..

There isn't recovery time. Once it dies its gone unless you fulton away or white flags. If the guy white flags you also get back your soldier. Also, if they disabled the fulton and white flag function, quit the game through the "Home" button.

Is that how you clone soldiers online?

Someone showed me how to clone and it's not too hard. Although, I forgot how to. You just have to have someone who can host a game, I remember that much.
