Does anybody know how many different titles/codenames there are and how to get them?

Grab a good amount of solders, while getting spotted a lot. Worst rank confirmed.
- Eagle
Ehh... I got this one in easy mode. I was randomly killing, running around. I think a dude died (jumped off a building and I died. Guess they can die)
- Night Owl
This rank is when you accomplish nothing.
- Pigeon
No kills. Nobody dies.
- Scorpion
High stealth kills. Haven't gotten this too much.
- Tarantula
High stealth, MANY kills. I had a solder with this rank to stage 13 of hard mode BUT, I stealthed the stage 14.
- Crocodile
Low stealth, High kills.
- Shark
Not to sure. I think many kills with very very poor stealth.
- Tsuchinoko
Complete stealth the WHOLE TIME.
- Hound, Doberman
Not sure. I know when I get it, I have good captures and not many kills or alerts.
- Fox
Less than 5 times spotted. Under... 5 kills? [Unconfirmed] At least 10 or 12+ captures?
- FoxHound
No alerts/spots. No kills. I think 15 - 20+ captures?

I've gotten Pigeon and Hound before, but no idea what qualified me for those, and I've had Alligator and shark mid-mission before, no idea what qualifies for those either.

I played Normal Mode- got 1 Alert, 19 captures, 0 kills and didn't get the FOX rank.... :huh:

I played Normal Mode- got 1 Alert, 19 captures, 0 kills and didn't get the FOX rank.... :huh:

That'll be because it was on normal mode. One thing I've noticed is that it's impossible to get Hound, Doberman, Fox or Foxhound without being on Extreme.

Not completely true. I sure that you can get Hound and maybe Doberman.
Not sure about Fox.

You sure? Whenever I play through it, I can do all requirements for Hound or Doberman, but it doesn't say that's my codename until stage 17 (which can only be reached on Extreme)

Be careful guys. Some ranks only show up depending in the difficulty level. Like Foxhound is an Extreme rank only. (I'm pretty sure.)

I got hound in easy mode. Simply take all the items in the map, and at the end of the game you will have the hound rank. You will need no alerts too, I think.

You need at least 12 captures on Extreme mode to get Foxhound rank ...
