...to know what colour your genomes will turn when you use the heart of justice or is it just random?

It's random in a sense, but here's what yo do. Save the game and use the HoJ... If you like the color, then you're good. But if not, you can reload your save. Don't try to use the HoJ again, though, as that is the only color your genome will ever be. I think it's coded that way when you get him. Yea. Hope that helps!

I thought it was a little odd that after 7 reloads my genome was STILL turning green :P

I do know that a Genome will turn pink if it has high Sense (50+)

I was looking through the soldier descriptions and the pink one says "They support their team by being alert to what's going on around them at all times." Which gives an indication that high sense is required to be pink. But the others (not got red or black) don't.

I got a black one with 50 some sense... weird

i read somewhere it depends on how much health and sence and stamine they have for example:

you get a red genome if the health is below or just over 200 hp.

My one that I always get at the APS has 220 and always turns red so i know whenever I want one where to get him.

But i wanna know how do you manage to get black ones. Ive only got one myself.

Downloaded someone else's game and just clone em over with my brothers game.

where have you lot encountered genomes as i have seen them only one and was on extreme.

Guest House, Research Lab, Nuclear Warhead Storage and sometimes the Hospital

just did extreme and recruited about 20 of them, only problem is none were over 200 hp with was very rubbish, i think they are the rariest and coolest characters of the game.

sometimes in the special stage(different color exit) the "work-out" stage. I like to have a lure in the group, to get more 3 star genomes or better 2 stars.

what do you mean a lure soldier? do you mean one with the bait perk?

I got a 3 star genome but he had only 170 life but jumped to 190 with 2k exp... now hes black

when you say 2 k you mean 2000 experiance right? the max experiance though is 50000 isnt it?

i thought your hp goes up when you find secret doc's in game

No expierance goes up completing the missions.... Secret documents just let you see the map such as the exit points prisoners etc...

Nope, just like lonelydude said, Secret Docs just put on your map where the Advance Point and Withdrawl Points are in your current stage. Any amount of EXP gain raises your soldiers HP and Stamina. Get enough, and their abilities might increase. Just remember, every soldier is diffrent. You might have one guy that shoots up 30HP with only 2000 EXP, but you might also get a soldier who only gains 5 HP with 10000 EXP.

is there anyway to judge who is worth leveling up i.e

a genome with 150 health or a fox with 250 which one would you choose to do with equal stats.

Im confused.. A genome are the guys that look like KKK from MGS1? wearing all white?
Or is genome just a word for soldiers?

Not cloned, just strengthened through Gene therapy.

But in mgs1 liquid stated that the soldiers were also cloned from big boss and were actually sankes brothers.
