The age rating I believe its appropriate and logical about the game. Not to much violent nor a happy fairytale.
But in my opinion Kojima may overdid it at some point especially with Sunny. (and that if this is confirmed)

I think people are forgetting that this is a video game, not an actual story that actually happened. The BBFC obviously rated it 15, so it must not be that bad, it's not like they're showing someone getting raped.

Personally, I don't think it is Sunny, but even so, child rape is never a minor issue - it being implied is bad enough.

Work time was 545 minutes? That's lke 9 hours. Is that with all gameplay and cutscenes or? It is kind of short if it's full game with playthrough.

They don't receive the full game, that should just be all the new stuff and the cutscenes.
