Ok I havent played mgs1 for about 5 years now, so i borrowed it off a friend and i am now at the sniper wolf battle. I am finding it very difficult and am wondering if ayone has some tips on how to beat her.

I am using the daiazipan (dont realy know how to spell it) and i know where she is its just hard to shoot her for me so any tips will be apreciated.

is this the first or second battle?

you gotta be fast, dont let her shoot you first..always follow her around and never lose sight of her thats how you die. idk what else to say

Listen, if it's the first battle, then face north, and get the PSG1 out. You should have a view of her location, so when she appears, follow her with the rifle, until she stops. Then, shoot. Do not lose sight of her. Repeat.

If it is the second battle, head for the small hill on the right (for cover), get the PSG1 out and search for her. This can take time, as the landscape is quite large. When you see her, wait for her to stop. Shoot her. Do not lose sight of her. Repeat.

I was talking about the first battle, and i managed after a few tries.

If i remember rightly then you can use the nikta for the second battle from a safe spot to the right.

I've never tried using the Nikita. I've always enjoyed fighting it as a battle of the Sniper Titans, with the PSG1.

ye i have never tried the nikita either, will do next time round cheers..
then again you could just use the psg1 and the bandanna and just dont stop shootin!

Heh, Nikita is such a cheat...but I so do it. Think I only did the fight the 'real' way two times and just said fuck it after.

The first fight, I found it was just about using that R button. Having it as the auto equip weapon get a few good shots, then if she hits you your view gets all out of wake. Hit unequip, get yourself back facing north then auto equip right after.

I have finished the game now so i wont need any more tips for now.

But yeah the nikta is such a cheat, but i hate boss battles. Not just in mgs but in absolutly any game.

I used a Nikita on her when I want to speed run for just the story or when she's gotten my life almost depleted, really I don';t want to start that long ass battle over again.
