I've just been looking through my soldiers and I noticed that all of my S3s are Seals. Is this mere coincidence or are Seals more likely to have S3s than other soldiers?
I don't think I have a single S3 seal. I have S3 Genomes, and S3 Tengus. I think it's just by coincidence that they are. The S3 soldiers are just placed at random, and are rare.
