When I select to order my soldiers by soldier type, Special Camo is on the list and I know one of these is the legendary Kojima camo. I have to ask though, how do you get them? I'm sure I've heard people say that it's through online RC, but I've been playing that a lot lately and have only gotten locals, no specials.
Do I just have to keep going and hope I get one or is there more to it?

Just random or you can download a savegame off the internet and then trade to a friend and back to your real file...
