Well they could read the rules and use common sense.

I apreciate the recognition of this factor from the community, if more people were this receptive and not just the sig-whores that most forum posters have turned into over the past few years, itd be not only a more enjoyable, but also fruitful experience.

Ohh come on! I actually dont believe this is spam at all, but in fact a serious topic that would really benefit other members of this community! A bit of maturity and humility would increase peoples experience tenfold!

The problem with that logic is that a thread for this topic ALREADY exists.
