On what ground do organisations decide to let people in? I know you need 100 posts minimum, but I see lots op people with enough posts were also denied. Why?

Either bad presentation on the board or not the kind of member the organization is looking for. You see, you can be denied because 'u typ lik tis', act like an asshole, are an idiot, or because an organization simply feels that you wouldn't fit in with their crowd - which is more often than not the case at hand. Simple as that, really.

However, if you show that you are a smart, respectable, level-headed individual, you'll be more than likely let it to join the rat pack. So yeah, presentation is quite vital. Also, due to the second point, it's best to choose an organization that you feel reflects your own standards and personality.

Oh, yes - and stay active.

You don't have to do extra classes, that's not what Tam said. People just want you to be a good and active poster, who can say atleast one sentence without messing it up. But anyway, stay active, reach those 100 posts, apply, and have a jolly good time.

I remember i got in with less than 100 posts, but i think that that was just pure luck and kindness. good luck anyway, if you try to join our org i will vote a hearty YES!
