You can find a picture you want and use photobucket.com to edit it to your liking.

he means using a image and photoshop it like alot of sigs on these forum and others,you can't edit an image with photo bucket

Yeah, you can.. photobucket's photo editor has soooooooooooo much stuff you can do to edit a photo. When was the last time you used it?
