Im wondering what is the max amount of life the soldiers can have? Heres the highest ones I got.
Fox Soldier-400
Local- 399
SEAL- 399
Tengu- 399
Special (Kojima)-380
Female Ocelot- 367
Genome- 365
High-Tech- 359
Gurlovich's-335
GRU- 320
KBG- 320
USSR Male- 315
Ocelot Male- 315
Female Officer- 300
Maintenance- 276
USSR Female- 264
High Official- 258 (Highest Ive ever seen one, business suit guy)
Male Doctor- 258
High Ranking Officer- 236
So if anyone knows what the max life is for a certain type of soldier let me know.

From experience, I think it's 400, and then it depends on the unit, too....

I have three female USSR soldiers at 250, 260 and 261 all untrained.
USSR male at 323 and another at 326 (almost fully trained)
Two High Ranking Officers at 225 and 231 both untrained.
I'm sure I've seen higher than 400HP though

There's no such thing as higher than 400 HP, in EU or NA games.
I think the Japanese version, however,went up to 600.

You can get soldiers up to 450 HP in EU, actually, but they must be FOX soldiers.
The highest HP I've seen for a Hideochan Camo is 399.
Most of the soldiers in your list can go to 400, but FOX, SEAL and Tengu soldiers are the most common for that.

North American Genomes can get up to 395 and thats it.
I have a Black one with 370, so I have yet to confirm this.

Yeah you can go up to 400+hp but i think on online it still should be counted as 400hp

Not counting a special soldier, the highest HP solider I have is a Seal with 379hp and so far no 400's.

I got a State soldier with 422 life and Raisen with 350...
